Tainui McGregor, First Party and Claims Operations Manager, commented on the decision, saying, “I’m delighted to be expanding our suite of claims services in line with our growth in A&H. The move to bring our claims management for this line of business in-house reflects Arch’s ongoing commitment to ensuring a comprehensive and streamlined end-to-end service for our brokers and clients.”
She also shared that with this decision, they aim to provide services that are “delivered more seamlessly, with fast-track processes and ownership of claims from end to end being key deliverables.”
