3.2. Payment terms are net 30 days from the date of the invoice. Payment must be made in full within 30 days of the invoice date. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method and that you authorize us to charge the full amount to that payment method.
3.3. Late payments may be subject to a late fee and/or interest.
4. Service Delivery
We will make reasonable efforts to deliver the services within the estimated timelines provided in the order confirmation. However, timelines are not guaranteed and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
5.1. You may cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of the order confirmation for a full refund, provided that the services have not yet commenced. Once services have commenced, no refunds will be issued.
