Aon has appointed Floss Cheng as Head of Claims for Hong Kong, as announced by Aon Hong Kong CEO Sucheng Chang on LinkedIn.
Cheng, who started the role last month, brings 15 years of experience in claims and risk management to the global broker.
Previously, he worked for Howden Insurance Brokers as Head of Claims for five years. He also had a short stint as the Head of the Insurance Unit at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
Cheng had previously worked for Aon Hong Kong. After first joining in 2012, he worked as a manager for six years.
Chang commented on Cheng’s appointment, “Claims advocacy is a major part of Aon’s offering and I’m looking forward to having Floss’s client-centric mindset on the team”
