Howden has hired Natalie Worthington as a senior associate – tax, M&A Asia – becoming the latest appointment coming from Aon, according to a LinkedIn post.
Based in Singapore, Worthington most recently completed a brief stint as a senior associate at Aon.. She brings over seven years of industry experience, with a particular background in tax liability and cross-border transactions. Earlier in her career, she worked for companies in the UK, such as EY and Lloyd’s Banking Group.
“As the M&A landscape in Asia continues to evolve, Natalie’s specialised focus on tax advisory and transaction structures will be invaluable in driving value for clients and strengthening our regional footprint,” the company said in its post.
The move is the latest in a series of hires from Aon’s transaction lines teams, including Xianwei Lee as head of M&A, Asia; Adrian Chai and Blossom Lim as senior directors for M&A, Asia; Shunsuke Takechi as head of M&A for Japan; and the appointments of Jianhua Chen (director) and Rosy Wang (associate director) to the firm’s China M&A team.
