Howden has appointed Blossom Lim as senior director, M&A Asia, according to a LinkedIn announcement on 18 December, continuing its build-out of transaction-focused advisory and insurance capabilities across the region.
Lim moves to Howden after working at Aon for over seven years in its M&A and transaction solutions business, most recently serving as growth leader for the practice in Asia.
Bringing extensive experience to her new role, she will focus on developing Howden’s M&A platform in Asia, supporting regional deal activity and cross-border transactions.
“We are delighted to have Blossom onboard with us and look forward to the impact she will make as we continue to grow our M&A capabilities in Asia,” the insurer said in its announcement.
The appointment follows a series of senior hires linked to the insurer’s M&A and transaction lines in Asia, including Xianwei Lee as head of M&A for Asia and Eugene Lim as head of tax insurance for Asia.
