Jason Mandera has been appointed CEO of Marsh McLennan Indonesia, effective 1 January 2026, the business announced on LinkedIn on Friday.
Mandera has served with the company since 2010, most recently as President Director. Based in Indonesia, he has held a range of leadership roles, including Head of Specialty and Placement, Head of Sales, and Head of Energy.
He brings over two decades of insurance industry experience to his new role. Prior to joining Marsh, Mandera also worked as a Booking Manager at PT Insurance Broking Service
The promotion follows other key leadership announcements by the company in the last month, including the appointment of Mark Heneghan as global sales leader for energy and power, and Tonya Williamson as affinity leader for Asia.
