MSIG Singapore on Wednesday announced changes to its senior leadership team, with Sharon Teo and Chock Ker Ching named as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), respectively.

Teo has been involved with the group since 2002 and had been serving as Senior Vice President, Corporate Services. Prior, she has held positions, including Senior Vice President, Business Excellence for MSIG Asia and Senior Vice President, Policy Processing for MSIG Singapore. Before MSIG, she worked at DBS Bank.

Chock joined MSIG Singapore in 2023, from Partner Re where she was Asia CFO, and has been serving as a Senior Vice President, Finance. Prior to joining the business, she worked in key finance roles for Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance, Asia Capital Re, and KPMG.

“The new designations reflect their span of responsibilities and are a testament to their strong leadership, contributions and unwavering commitment to leading the organisation forward to be a leading insurer in Singapore, providing sound risk management solutions and services to all our customers and partners,” the company said in its via LinkedIn announcement.
