Tina Chong has been named Risk Engineer at Aon in Hong Kong, as announced by Chief Executive Ernest Leung in a LinkedIn post on Tuesday.
Chong brings over 16 years of experience as a Fire Engineer at global consultancy firm Arup, where she led projects across the Asia Pacific, including Hong Kong, Macau, and the Philippines. Her work spans from the strategy development for fire and life safety and alternative fire engineering to custom solutions for stakeholders and authorities.
“She has experience in a multitude of project types including casino and hotel complex, super high-rise buildings, deep basement developments, convention & exhibition centre, arena, retail & entertainment premises and road tunnels & railway infrastructure,” Leung added.
Chong is the most recent personnel change across Aon’s APAC business, following key leadership appointments in July: Richard Tan as Chief Commercial Officer for Singapore, Jennifer Chan as Executive Director for Singapore, Indonesia, and Malaysia, and Mike Ang as Head of the Financial Services and Professions Group for Singapore and Indonesia.
