Chubb has announced the return of Will Field, who will rejoin the company as Head of Casualty, Asia in Q1 2024.

In his new role, Field will be responsible for managing the performance of Chubb’s Casualty portfolio across Asia. His position will be based in Singapore, where he will report to Chris Gough, who was promoted to Head of Property & Casualty, Asia earlier this month.

Field brings with him nearly two decades of experience in the industry, beginning his career as a commercial and insurance lawyer.

He previously spent 12 years with ACE and Chubb in senior claims management roles, including Claims Manager, Casualty & Multinational, Asia Pacific, and Head of Claims, Singapore. He was most recently the Head of Claims in Asia Pacific for Everest.

Gough expressed enthusiasm for Field’s return, “We are delighted to welcome Will back to Chubb – his technical know-how and understanding of the legal environment across the region, coupled with his commitment to delivering superior customer service make him the ideal person to lead our growing Casualty portfolio in Asia.”
