WTW has today announced key leadership changes in the Philippines, with Gerald (Gary) M. Dolina taking on the dual role of Head of Philippines and Head of Corporate Risk & Broking (CRB) for the country, effective from January 1. Dolina succeeds James Matti, who moves to the role of Managing Director, Health, Wealth, & Career (HWC) for WTW Philippines.
Equipped with over 24 years of industry experience, Dolina will be joining WTW from Aon Philippines, where he has worked for over 20 years, most recently as its Chief Broking Officer. Before that, he held the role of Assistant Vice President for 4 years at Federal Phoenix Assurance.

Matti meanwhile has been with WTW for over 18 years, first joining the company in 2006. He has over 33 years of leadership and industry experience, having worked for firms in New York and the Philippines.
Reflecting on Matti’s years of service, Weaver said, “Having led the business for the past 18 years, James has built a centre of cultural excellence for our colleagues, delivered service to clients that has consistently delighted them, and in establishing our CRB business, laid strong foundations that will enable this business to evolve in this next chapter of its journey.”
