Marsh has appointed Geoffrey Grace as Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB) Pacific Leader, the company announced on LinkedIn on Thursday.
Grace has been with the business since July 2021. In this expanded role, he will continue to oversee placements for Mercer Marsh Benefits Asia, while also leading the Pacific region.
Grace brings 25 years of industry experience, a wealth of expertise, and a strong track record of advancing innovative employee benefits solutions, MMB said. His previous experience includes stints at Aon, MetLife, and AIA Group in Hong Kong-based roles.
“I’m excited to lead Mercer Marsh Benefits at a time where the future of work, workforce transformation and AI integration are reshaping how organisations manage risks and support their people,” Grace said.
