Chubb Life has named Khanh Bui as chief finance and business development officer, Southeast Asia, the business announced on LinkedIn on Thursday.
Thailand-based Bui joins Chubb Life from Pacific Cross, where she served as CEO for Thailand and Vietnam. She previously worked at Chubb in two separate stints, first as head of valuation from 2012 to 2015 and later as chief actuary from 2017 to 2020. She has held roles, including chief actuary and IFRS 17 project lead and head of corporate actuarial, during two periods at Prudential.
“Based in Bangkok, Dr. Khanh Bui will oversee market finance, actuarial, product propositions, risk management, strategy, and business development for Southeast Asia,” Chubb said. “With over 18 years of insurance experience across Europe and Asia, she brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to our team.”
