MSIG Asia on Friday announced leadership changes aimed at enhancing its digital and corporate capabilities, with Adrian Hill appointed Chief Digital & Consumer Officer, Pearline Soh as Head of Digital Marketing, and Enny Halim as Chief Corporate Business Officer, effective 1 May 2025.
Hill takes on his new role to lead the newly established Digital Consumer Department. In this capacity, he will be responsible for overseeing digital partnerships and direct-to-customer initiatives, focusing on improving integration and operational efficiency across regional technology teams, the insurer said.
He joined MSIG Asia in November 2024, bringing prior experience in digital business development and transformation across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific.
Reporting to Hill, Soh, in her new role as Head of Digital Marketing, will guide the firm’s regional digital marketing efforts, including customer acquisition, retention strategies, and analytics.
She also joined MSIG Asia in late 2024 and has held marketing leadership roles in several Asian markets, including Taiwan, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Singapore.
Meanwhile, Halim’s new role will see her lead MSIG Asia’s Corporate Business Department, with a focus on strengthening broker engagement and managing key corporate relationships. The appointment follows the restructuring of the former Business Development & Digitalisation Department, which she previously led.
Halim joined MSIG Asia in 2022 after holding senior positions at MSIG Indonesia, including a prior role as CEO of a general insurer.
In its announcement, MSIG made the appointments in order to “unlock data value, expand market reach, and accelerate business growth.”
Commenting on the promotions, Clemens Philippi, CEO of MSIG Asia, said, “These strategic appointments highlight our commitment to unlocking the value of digital innovation, and strengthening our business relationships with brokers and key clients at the same time.”
