Specialist Risk Group (SRG) has promoted Halim Rosalan to Partner and Head of Business, Asia, effective 13 April 2026, the broker said in a statement on Monday.
In his new role, Rosalan will support Collin Yap, CEO of SRG Asia-Pacific, on regional strategy while overseeing business development, benefits solutions, corporate risk solutions, facultative reinsurance, and claims.
His remit will also grow to include strategic risk management and specialty in the future, SRG said.
Yap says that Rosalan’s new position will play an integral role “in the character and development” of the group in Asia.
“More of our business will be under his leadership going forward, which is good news for all of us who know Halim and how he operates,” Yap added.
