Aon has appointed Jocelyn Po as Country Head of Philippines, Reinsurance Solutions, the broker announced on LinkedIn on Wednesday, August 13.
Po, who has served as Senior Director at Aon since March 2014, brings nearly 12 years of experience with the company’s reinsurance business in the Philippines. She has played a key role in leading the treaty business and building client relationships during her tenure.
In her new role, Po will report to Musa Adlan, Managing Director of Asia and head of Southeast Asia.
Po’s appointment comes as Aon continues to strengthen its reinsurance leadership across Asia. Earlier this month, the company named Mandy Phan as head of production, Treaty for Asia, while the Philippines has faced significant economic losses from recent typhoons, with Aon estimating tens of millions of dollars in damages from Typhoon Co-May alone.
