WTW has announced three senior appointments to its Health & Benefits business in Southeast Asia, effective September 2, the global advisory and broking company said on Tuesday.

Fong Han Wei joins WTW as Head of Health & Benefits, Singapore. He was previously with a global broker, where he led the Global Benefits Singapore team and served as Practice Leader for the Technology Industry across Asia Pacific. In his new role, Han Wei will lead the Singapore Health & Benefits business to deliver employee health and benefits solutions to organisations in the market, drawing on his background in strategic consulting, governance frameworks, data analytics, and underwriting.

Eva Liu, Head of Strategic Development, Health & Benefits, Asia Pacific, has expanded her remit to also head the business in Southeast Asia, excluding Singapore. Liu has more than 20 years of experience in client management and consultancy, and since joining WTW in 2018, has been involved in developing and delivering its Health & Benefits commercial strategies.

In Malaysia, Lim Choo Ho has been named Head of Health & Benefits. He has been with WTW for eight years leading benefits broking renewal business development, and brings 25 years of industry experience spanning claims, operations, and risk management for corporate clients.

“Their combined expertise and leadership will be instrumental in driving our Health & Benefits business forward in Singapore and across Southeast Asia,” said Royston Tan, Head of Health & Benefits, Asia Pacific at WTW.

The latest appointments follow WTW’s recent regional leadership moves, including the appointment of Luke Ware as Head of Asia in May and Catherine Tait’s promotion to National Manager, Construction for New Zealand in June.
