Nicole Tan is joining Zurich Insurance Singapore’s Casualty team as an underwriter, Leslie Chew, the firm’s Head of Casualty, announced on LinkedIn.
Tan moves to Zurich Insurance from AIG Singapore, where she spent over four years in underwriting roles, most recently as a Senior Casualty Underwriter. She also previously worked for the Singapore College of Insurance and Manulife.
This announcement is the latest among Zurich’s numerous appointments in the APAC region in the last couple of months. In May, the company named Theo Pitsikas as the Asia Pacific Head of SME. In the same month, Zurich ANZ promoted James Garrett to Head of SME and tapped Morris Garsin as Head of Claims Excellence. Meanwhile, Zurich Kotak made two key appointments in June, naming Ranjit Bhargava as Head of Distribution and Sumit Gupta as EVP for Distribution.
