FWD Group has appointed Queenie Lam as chief marketing officer for Hong Kong and Macau, the insurer announced in a press release.
The new role places Lam in charge of FWD’s overarching strategy of “fuelling growth” in two of its core markets.
Prior to her promotion, Lam was FWD’s head of branding and marketing. She has also previously served as head of customer marketing and CRM.
Lam began her career at Bates 141 in Hong Kong, working on accounts including HSBC, before moving to PCCW. She later held senior marketing roles at DBS Bank.
“Across her career, she has initiated and managed high-value brand activations, customer relationship management solutions and loyalty programmes, consistently driving stronger connections and sustainable business development,” FWD said.
