QBE has announced that Evariste Yeung has joined the business in a dual role as Asia Regional Head for Motor, and Hong Kong and Macau Country Lead for Accident & Health (A&H).
Yeung has over 20 years of experience in personal lines underwriting and portfolio management with international insurers and brokers across Asia, including WTW and AIG. He also serves as a Board Member and Independent Executive Director at Ping An Insurance Hong Kong.
In a statement on LinkedIn, QBE said, “We are pleased to welcome Evariste Yeung to the QBE family! Evariste will be leading our Asia Motor portfolio and Hong Kong/Macau Accident & Health (A&H) portfolio.
Based in Hong Kong, he is working closely with the local market teams to grow our Motor and A&H business and profit.”
