AXA XL has announced expanded roles for Mathieu Daubin and Frédéric Bécard as part of its strategy to accelerate growth in Specialty Lines across Asia Pacific and Europe.

Daubin, who currently serves as Chief Underwriting Officer for Marine in APAC and Europe, will now oversee all specialties, excluding aerospace, within these regions. Daubin brings extensive experience to his new position role, having been with AXA group since 2008 where he started as Commercial Manager and Senior Underwriter.

Frédéric Bécard, the current Underwriting Manager for Cargo in APAC and Europe, will continue in his existing role while also taking on a global scope for the Cargo line within the Global Chief Underwriting Office (GCUO). Bécard has extensive experience with the group, starting as Senior Marine Cargo Underwriter in 2012.
