Gallagher has appointed Ralph Sherbahn as the Head of Financial Lines and M&A for Asia. He will be based in Hong Kong and report to the CEO of North Asia, Thomas Wang.
In his new position, Sherbahn will oversee Gallagher’s financial lines operations in Asia, including their existing capabilities in Singapore and Hong Kong. He will also manage the firm’s financial lines offering in new territories as they go live and advise on products including cyber, management liability, financial institutions, warranty & indemnity, IPO, and M&A-related insurance.
Sherbahn brings over three decades of insurance experience in broking and underwriting to the role, having held senior positions at Zurich, The Hartford, XL Group, and Marsh.
