Aon has appointed Lee Huang Ng as Head of Taiwan, effective 1 April 2025, pending regulatory approval, the company announced in a statement.
Ng has been with Aon since 2014, and has been serving as Chief Broking Officer and Head of Claims for Aon in Singapore.
She will relocate to Taipei for her new role and report to Qin Lu, Head of Greater China for Aon. In her new role, Ng will be responsible for overseeing the brokerage’s business strategies and growth in Taiwan, covering risk capital and human capital capabilities, Aon said.
“Lee Huang is a proven leader with exceptional experience and expertise,” Lu said. “She is a dedicated partner and collaborator, having worked extensively with local and regional teams to help clients make better decisions and enhance service excellence. I am confident in her ability to drive growth and success for our clients in Taiwan,” he added.
Ng has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, working in leadership roles in numerous firms, including Marsh, ComfortDelGro Insurance Brokers, and Jardine Lloyd Thompson Limited.
