Liberty Insurance has named Ann Dang to be its Chief of Staff for the Asia Pacific region, the business announced on Wednesday, 20 August.
Dang will take on the new responsibility while continuing to serve as the Senior Vice President and Head of Casualty, as well as Professional and Financial Risks for Liberty Specialty Markets in Asia, operating out of Singapore.
In her expanded remit, she will work closely with APAC President Matthew Jackson in building initiatives that improve customer and partner relationships.
Commenting on the appointment, Jackson highlighted Dang’s exceptional leadership and delivery during her over 20 years of tenure at Liberty. “As we stay focused on meeting evolving customer and broker needs, I know [Dang] will play an important leadership role in helping us achieve our goals and deliver our strategic vision,” Jackson said.
