Chubb has announced the appointment of Serene Neo as Head of Accident & Health (A&H) for Asia Pacific.
Effective from August 1st, Neo will directly report to Ben Howell, Head of Consumer, Asia Pacific. She will be tasked with managing and enhancing Chubb’s accident, health, and travel portfolios’ financial performance and growth.
Neo first joined the insurance giant in 2019, coming from a rich background in financial services where she held various positions in product management, marketing, and digital banking for over 15 years. Chubb said she made a significant impact in her previous role as Division Head, Consumer Lines of Singapore, where she led strategic digital initiatives and built crucial partnerships.
Commenting about her elevated role at Chubb, Howell said, “Serene’s impressive track-record combined with her transformational leadership style, business acumen and creativity make her the ideal leader of our substantial Accident & Health business across Asia Pacific. Her promotion is testament to our depth of talent in the region.”
