Brent Clawson has been appointed as the Insurer Consulting Group Leader for Marsh Asia, according to a LinkedIn post by the company.
Clawson is a seasoned industry professional with two decades of experience. His résumé includes an eight-year stint with Aon, who he initially joined as Director, Broking in 2015, before being promoted to Chief Broking Officer for Asia in 2018.
As Chief Broking Officer, he was responsible for developing and executing broking strategy across Aon’s Commercial Risk business, a position he served in until his move to Marsh this month.
He has also spent six years at Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty across Singapore and Chicago.
In its LinkedIn announcement, Marsh said, “We are pleased to announce that Brent Clawson has been named Insurer Consulting Group Leader for Marsh Asia. Please join us in congratulating Brent on his new role.”
