Dean Mumm promoted to Pacific Sales Leader at Marsh

Former Wallabies player elevated to new regional role at the brokerage.

Marsh today announced that Dean Mumm has been promoted to the role of Pacific Sales Leader.

Mumm has been with the company since 2017, serving in numerous key leadership roles including most recently as Head of Corporate Sport.

In his new role, Mumm reports to Josh Roach, CEO of Marsh Pacific, and Marcus Pearson, Chief Commercial Officer of Marsh McLennan Pacific and will lead the development and implementation of growth strategies across the region.

Before entering the insurance industry, Dean Mumm played rugby professionally and made fifty-six appearances for the Wallabies, Australia’s national rugby union team, including as captain.

He and his wife also founded Borne, a research organisation that focuses on the prevention of preterm birth, in cooperation with the Hunter Medical Research Institute.
