The Hong Kong Federation of Insurers (HKFI) has announced its Governing Committee for the 2026/2027 term, with AXA’s Sally Wan to serve as Chair, stepping up from her Deputy Chair role in 2025/2026, and AIA’s Alger Fung taking on the Deputy Chair position.
The HKFI’s two technical Councils sit under the Governing Committee: China Ping An’s Kelvin Cheung chairs the General Insurance Council, while BOC Life’s Alfred Cheung will chair the Life Insurance Council.
Ellick Tsui of Chow Tai Fook Life Insurance, who served as Chair in 2025/2026, continues on the committee as a Member. The eight elected Members are:
- Alfred Cheung, BOC Group Life Assurance
- Kelvin Cheung, China Ping An Insurance (Hong Kong)
- Michael H., Prudential General Insurance Hong Kong
- Cody Hui, Hong Leong Insurance (Asia)
- Eric Hui, Zurich Insurance
- Clement Lam, Sun Life Hong Kong
- Lawrence Lam, Prudential Hong Kong
- Ellick Tsui, Chow Tai Fook Life Insurance
