Joy Warnock has joined Aon as Project Lead for Risk & Insurance Due Diligence in its M&A team, the broker announced in a company statement on LinkedIn.
Melbourne-based Warnock joined from Marsh, where she worked for seven and a half years in roles including Senior Project Manager and Project Manager for Private Equity and M&A Services.
She brings over 13 years of experience to the role as an insurance and risk management professional, having worked with large commercial and corporate entities in the Australian and New Zealand insurance markets.
Prior to Marsh, she held positions at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. and IAG, gaining extensive experience in insurance brokerage, customer service, and client relations.
For the past three years, she has led M&A due diligence engagements and has deep experience in the Power, Energy, and Renewables sector, Aon said in its announcement, adding that she has delivered construction and infrastructure projects such as PPPs, as well as Private Equity and Corporate M&A transactions.
