AIG has appointed Jules Sperring as Head of Commercial Property & Business Pack for Asia Pacific.

Singapore-based Sperring brings extensive experience to the role and joins after over five years with Allied World, where she was serving most recently as Vice President and Lead Underwriter.

In an announcement on LinkedIn, Chris Colahan, AIG’s Regional President, described Sperring as a “seasoned professional with a track record for driving growth, leading high-performing teams and building strong broker and client relationships,” adding that “she will be responsible for growing our important commercial property and business pack portfolios.”

Before joining Allied World, Sperring spent 16 years at Swiss Re in Sydney, including as Senior Property & Energy Underwriter. Prior, she gained industry experience at Converium, J B Boda Insurance Brokers, and John C Lloyd Reinsurance Brokers, all based in Sydney.
