Lockton New Zealand has announced Craig Buckle as its new Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Peter Lowe who will retire at the end of this year.
Buckle, who has served as the Head of Corporate Risk since 2021, will take on the role effective January 1, 2024. In a statement, Lockton said the move was an integral part of their succession planning in New Zealand.
Buckle boasts over 30 years of experience in corporate risk insurance management. Prior to his tenure at Lockton New Zealand, he held key leadership roles at Marsh, Allianz, and Willis Towers Watson.

Lowe, the outgoing CEO, has been with Lockton since 2021 and held the position of CEO at Willis Towers Watson New Zealand prior.
