Nicole Tan is joining Zurich Insurance Singapore’s Casualty team as an underwriter, Leslie Chew, the firm’s Head of Casualty, announced on LinkedIn.
Tan moves to Zurich Insurance from AIG Singapore, where she spent over four years in underwriting roles, most recently as a Senior Casualty Underwriter. She also previously worked for the Singapore College of Insurance and Manulife.
This announcement is the latest among Zurich’s numerous appointments in the APAC region in the last couple of months. In May, the company named Theo Pitsikas as the Asia Pacific Head of SME, with Pitsikas relocating to Singapore for the role and James Garrett taking over as Head of SME for ANZ. In India, Zurich Kotak made two key appointments last month, naming Ranjit Bhargava as Head of Distribution and Sumit Gupta as EVP for Distribution.
