MAS names four Insurers as Domestically Systemically Important

The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) has designated AIA, Prudential Assurance, Income Insurance, and Great Eastern as domestically systemically important insurers (D-SIIs), subjecting them to higher capital requirements and closer regulatory scrutiny.
