Aon has appointed Ollie Barcock as Global ReSpecialty’s leader of aviation insurance, effective immediately.
In his new role, Barcock will report to Global ReSpecialty co-leader Richard Wheeler and will provide support for the delivery of capital, customised data and analytics, and consultancy services for Aon’s aviation reinsurance clients.
“We are excited to have Ollie take on this new role. Since joining Aon and our Global ReSpecialty team, he has helped our aviation reinsurance clients to navigate volatility during a difficult time for the sector, while building their resilience both for the challenges of today, and for those which lie ahead,” Wheeler said.
London-based Barcock has been with Aon for over 9 years, most recently working as a senior broker. He has spent most of his time at the company within its aviation reinsurance practice.
