PSC Insurance Brokers has promoted Kylie Stephens to Managing Principal for Darwin, effective 1 July, the company announced in a statement on LinkedIn.
Stephens joined the PSC Darwin team in September last year as Senior Account Manager. Her promotion will see her bring over 15 years of industry experience to the elevated role, including expertise across segments such as agriculture, civil, mining, and resources.
Stephens originally began her insurance career in the NT at Elders Insurance in Katherine as a Commercial/Rural Insurance Broker. She has since held roles in broking, underwriting, claims, and account management, including time in the industry in South Australia. She has also gained knowledge and experience running her own business.
In its announcement, PSC Insurance Brokers highlighted Stephens’ commitment to her “Client First Principles” and dedication to building long-term, trust-based relationships.
The company added, “Her straightforward approach makes insurance easy to understand and ensures clients receive not just coverage, but a comprehensive roadmap for success.”
