The Singapore Reinsurers’ Association (SRA) has announced its new Executive Committee (EXCO) line-up for the 2024-2025 term.
Marc Haushofer from Validus Reinsurance serves as Chair, Kenrick Law from Allianz Re as Deputy Chair, Richard Lim from China Re as Honorary Secretary, and Ann Chua from AXA XL as Honorary Treasurer.
The EXCO members for the coming term are Cindy Foo from Berkley Insurance, Emma Loynes from Lloyd’s, Tobias Frenz from Munich Re, James Beedle from Partner Re, Mukul Kishore from SCOR, and Victor Kuk from Swiss Re.

Singapore Reinsurers’ Association ChairThe EXCO was announced during the Annual General Meeting (AGM), held on 17 May 2024 at the Sofitel City Centre, the SRA said in a media release.
At the AGM, the Association unveiled a new logo and website, which the SRA says symbolises its “elevated vision to continue empowering the (re)insurance industry and positively shape it against a rapidly changing global landscape.”
The AGM saw a review of key highlights from 2023, an outline of strategic focuses for 2024, and updates on the preparation for the 20th Singapore International Reinsurance Conference (SIRC), scheduled to take place from 4 to 7 November 2024.
In his opening address at the AGM, SRA Chair Marc Haushofer highlighted the importance of the SRA’s role in Singapore and the broader region, commenting, “As we confront the challenges of this dynamic world, we remain committed to fostering meaningful dialogues and connections to uphold the relevance of our industry.
In the coming year, I am confident that we will continue bringing value to our members, while amplifying our impact through a broadened network.”
