Waleerat Asavavongsatien has been appointed as the chief underwriting officer of ERGO Insurance Thailand, effective 2 March 2026, the company announced on LinkedIn on Monday.
Asavavongsatien moves to Munich Re’s primary insurance arm from Liberty Mutual Insurance Group Thailand, where she served for 17 years, most recently as chief executive officer for its Thailand business, which was sold to Chubb last year for approximately US$321m.”
