WTW has appointed Andrew Lam as Asia Property Placement Broker, according to a company announcement on LinkedIn.

Singapore-based Lam will report to Ivy Lee, WTW’s Head of Property (Placement) for Asia, and has a primary focus on expanding the business’s property portfolio in the region.

He brings ten years of industry experience, including a wealth of knowledge in North Asian placements, to the new role.

Before joining WTW, he spent nearly three years at Aon Singapore Broking Centre as Placement Broker, where his responsibilities included managing complex international property placements, WTW said in its announcement.

Prior to his time with Aon, Lam spent eight years of his career at Bowring Marsh, honing his expertise in property insurance placements.
