+8 Partners announced on Tuesday that Eric Fady has joined the company as a strategic advisor.
Fady brings over 20 years of experience in international and corporate finance to the ecosystem of insurance businesses, having worked with public and private equity-backed companies in various phases, including growth, change, acquisitions, and refinancing.
In the role, Fady will provide advice on financial strategy, acquisitions, and major financial transactions for the business, +8 Partners said in a statement.

Fady’s previous roles included CFO of Howden Group Holdings. He began his career as an auditor with KPMG in France.
He is also an honorary member of Pep Talks, a peer-to-peer learning and training provider for PE-backed leaders in the UK.
