+8 Partners eyes growth with appointment of Eric Fady as strategic advisor

Fady to guide financial strategy, acquisitions, and major transactions for the business.

+8 Partners announced on Tuesday that Eric Fady has joined the company as a strategic advisor.

Fady brings over 20 years of experience in international and corporate finance to the ecosystem of insurance businesses, having worked with public and private equity-backed companies in various phases, including growth, change, acquisitions, and refinancing.

In the role, Fady will provide advice on financial strategy, acquisitions, and major financial transactions for the business, +8 Partners said in a statement.

Before joining +8 Partners, Fady served as the Group CFO for IQ-EQ, an investor services group with over 5,000 employees operating across 25 jurisdictions.

Fady’s previous roles included CFO of Howden Group Holdings. He began his career as an auditor with KPMG in France.

He is also an honorary member of Pep Talks, a peer-to-peer learning and training provider for PE-backed leaders in the UK.
