Thailand-based reinsurance broker TQR Public Company has hired Wisarut Phamonphakdiphisut into its product development team within the firm’s treaty and total solution department, according to a LinkedIn announcement on 10 February.
Phamonphakdiphisut joins the broker from Thailand’s Office of the National Economic and Social Development Council (NESDC), where he most recently served in a plan and policy analytics role. He brings a solid academic background in economics and a budding analytical experience to his new role.
TQR said Phamonphakdiphisut is part of its “next generation of talent” supporting product innovation. The company added that his appointment supports its efforts to strengthen product-related capabilities and maintain service standards for clients and business partners.
The announcement follows TQR’s December 2025 appointment of Ashirawat Rongkacharoenrat as senior vice president for business development, facultative.
