AXA XL has announced via LinkedIn that Woei Chi Tan has been promoted to the position of Hull Practice Leader, Asia.
Among other responsibilities, Tan will be responsible for driving governance, underwriting guidelines and pricing standards for Marine Hull across Asia.
Tan started her career at Aon Singapore in 2005, before a short stint with Howden in 2011-2012. She moved to AXA in Nov 2012 as a Senior Manager, before being promoted to Deputed Head of Marine Hull, South Asia in 2017.
