360 Underwriting Solutions has named Pegah “Peg” Vaghaye as Chief Operating Officer for its Australian Agencies division, a newly created role aimed at supporting the firm’s expansion across the country.

Vaghaye joins from CGU, where she worked for over 13 years, most recently as Executive Manager for Broker Relationship. She brings over 20 years of industry experience, previously working for companies such as Willis Towers Watson, Lumley Insurance, and Marsh.

In her new role, she will work alongside chief executive Jason Clarke, with duties covering operational process optimisation, the integration of additional agencies, advancement of digital initiatives, and maintaining service standards for the company’s broker and client network.

Welcoming Vaghaye to the team, the company said on LinkedIn: “Peg brings with her a wealth of experience and a strong track record of leadership across the Australian insurance landscape. Her deep operational expertise, commercial acumen, and collaborative approach have long made her a respected figure in the market.”
