Tam Hui Von has joined Miller as a Reinsurance Broker in its Singapore team, the company announced on LinkedIn on 15 September.
She joins the specialty (re)insurance broker from UIB Asia Reinsurance Brokers, where she spent more than a year as a Broking Executive. Prior to that, Tam held roles at Aon and Marsh Asia, among others.
With over a decade of industry experience, she specialises in facultative and treaty reinsurance as well as specialty construction risks. She also brings extensive expertise working with market participants across Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, the Philippines and Taiwan.
This appointment follows a series of recent hires by Miller in the Asia-Pacific region, including the creation of a Marine team in South Korea, led by KS Shim, and the appointment of Martin Dimas as head of Miller Indonesia.
