AIG has appointed Jenny Boyd to the expanded role of Head of Client and Broker Engagement, Asia Pacific, Regional President Chris Colahan announced on LinkedIn on Monday.

Singapore-based Boyd has been with AIG since 2016 and she takes on the new remit in addition to her existing position as Head of Multinational, Asia Pacific. Her career in insurance spans over two decades, starting as an account executive at Austbrokers Sydney. Prior to joining AIG, she held roles at Marsh, Deloitte UK, and Associated British Ports.

“In this expanded role, she will bring our Client and Broker Engagement team closer together, driving growth, consistency, and connection with our valued partners across Asia Pacific,” Colahan said about Boyd’s new role.

This appointment adds to several recent leadership changes at AIG in the Asia Pacific region. In September, the insurer promoted Naoko Masu to Head of Multinational – Japan after 23 years with the company, while AIG Australia brought in Adrian Walker from Swiss Re as Head of Commercial Property and Business Package.
