AIG has designated Ryan Spettigue as its new head of client and broker engagement for Australia, Kathleen Warden, Australia CEO, announced on LinkedIn on Monday.

Spettigue joins AIG after 14 years at Chubb, where he began his career as a graduate casualty underwriter and most recently served as national relationship manager, global brokers, Australia.

“Ryan brings deep experience, a genuine client-first mindset, and a track record of working closely with brokers to deliver great outcomes,” said Warden.

Spettigue’s move to AIG comes after last month’s announcements of Adam Clifford’s return to the company as chief executive officer for international commercial insurance, effective 5 January 2026 and Scott Leney’s appointment as regional president for Asia-Pacific, effective 1 February 2026.
