Andrew Yeung has been appointed as Head of D&O for Newline Australia, the company announced in a statement on LinkedIn.
Yeung has been with Newline Group for six years and relocates back to Sydney, from Melbourne, to take up the new challenge.
“Andrew’s return to Sydney is significant as we continue to expand our presence in the Sydney market,” the specialty insurer said in its announcement. “He will be working closely with Nick Beswick, Head of Professional Indemnity, to strengthen our team and offerings,” the business added.
Yeung originally joined Newline Group in 2018 as a Financial Institutions Underwriter. His previous experience includes roles as Financial Lines Senior Underwriter at DUAL Australia, Financial Lines Manager at Chubb, and Financial & Professional Risks Underwriter at Catlin.
