Aon elevates APAC CEO Anne Corona to global leadership roles

Aon announced on Tuesday that Anne Corona, the current Chief Executive Officer of Asia Pacific, will be appointed CEO of Enterprise Clients and Global Chief Commercial Officer, effective from 1 January 2025.

Corona has been with Aon for nearly 25 years and has held several key leadership roles with the business.

She relocated to Singapore in July 2021 to take on the role of APAC CEO. During her time in the region, she has driven innovation and growth while delivering “exceptional leadership and strategic vision, building momentum and unity”, Aon said in a media release.

In her new role, Corona will report to Lori Goltermann, CEO of Regions and North America, while working closely with Aon’s Enterprise Client Group leaders and regional chief commercial officers. She will also remain a member of the Aon Executive Committee.

Corona will begin transitioning into her new role from 1 January and will continue to be based in Singapore during the transition.

Before her tenure in Singapore, Anne Corona gained experience in a number of key roles at Aon, including Chief of Staff for the CEO’s office in Chicago, President of Financial Services Group in San Francisco, and Cyber and E&O U.S. Practice Leader, also in San Francisco.
