Aon has promoted Natalie Cotter to Client Director for its financial institutions and professions business in Australia, the broker said in a LinkedIn post.
Cotter has been with the broker for more than eight years, most recently as client manager within the financial institutions and professions team. Since joining Aon in 2017, she has held roles across workplace risk and financial lines, including client executive positions spanning both areas.
She brings more than 15 years of experience spanning both broking and insurer environments.
Cotter has built strong expertise in understanding client objectives, identifying key risk exposures and delivering practical risk management strategies, said Geraldine Joyce, Aon’s national director for financial institutions and professions.
The announcement follows several recent leadership appointments made by Aon, including Christian Hoffman as global CEO of commercial risk and Chris Camerieri as enterprise client group growth leader for APAC. Aon has also named Masahito Hirai as Japan CEO, and Lily Mak as head of client relationship management for health solutions in Singapore.
