Bernadette Hung, Bee Tin Goh join Munich Re in Underwriting roles

Hung moves from WTW as Fine Arts and Specie Underwriter and Goh joins from Allied World as Cargo Underwriter.

Munich Re Specialty has made two new appointments to its Global Markets, Syndicate team in Asia, with Bernadette Hung joining as Fine Arts and Specie Underwriter and Bee Tin Goh as Cargo Underwriter.

Now based in Singapore, Hung joins Munich Re after a six-year stint with Willis Towers Watson in Hong Kong, where she most recently served as Associate Director, Fine Art, Jewellery and Specie for Asia. Her previous experience in the arts and insurance segments includes time at Hong Kong Arts Centre and Chubb.

Goh moved to Munich Re from Allied World, where she was Senior Underwriter, and she has previously served at AXA, NTUC Income, Chubb, and Howden.

“Bernadette and Bee Tin bring with them a wealth of experience and will play a key role in growing our market presence in the region,” the global reinsurer said in its announcement on LinkedIn.
