The company announced on LinkedIn that Esther Zong has been appointed as Head of Sales—Partnerships at Allianz Partners Hong Kong.
Zong joins from AIG, where she worked for over four years, most recently as Head of Digital Marketing and Partnerships.
“With a proven track record in building strategic alliances and driving sales growth, Esther brings a wealth of experience and fresh perspectives to our company,” Allianz Partners said in its announcement.
She started her career as a Management trainee at AXA in 2017 before moving to AIA, Hong Kong and Macau between 2018 and 2021, where she worked as a Manager for Partnership Distribution.
Commenting on her new role, Zong said that she aims to empower her team and become the industry’s partner of choice by deepening relationships and leveraging data-driven insights.
