Credit insurer Allianz Trade has named Hélène Payen as Asia Pacific Regional CFO, the business announced on LinkedIn, stating that the appointment will take effect on 1 July.
Payen has been with Allianz Trade since 2013, and she is currently the CFO of its joint venture, Solunion, in Spain. She will be relocating to Singapore for her new role, succeeding Benoît Semelin, who is set to take on a new role as Regional CFO for Northern Europe. Payen will relocate to Singapore for the position.
Payen has over 18 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Allianz Trade, she had worked in senior and leadership positions for financial companies, including Alcan Services Finance, Deloitte France, and Euler Hermes.
Expressing optimism about the new role, Payen said: “I am honored to be joining the APAC regional team and to bring my experience across diverse structures to support our operational excellence. Together with the Finance teams in place, I look forward to further strengthening our results and accompanying the transformation journey ahead of us.”
Her appointment follows the business’s announcement that Rodrigo Jiménez will become Allianz Trade’s Asia Pacific Regional CEO from 1 October 2025.
